Introduction to Self-Defence Focused Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
  • Standing Self-Defence - Learn to defend against common attacks such as headlocks, rear chokes, neck/throat or collar grabs, being pinned to a wall, bear hugs, and closing the gap with a striking opponent.
  • Pad Work - Develop basic striking skills and improve your reaction time and accuracy.
